Simple Living - Trends

De næste tre tirsdage vil jeg vise små uddrag af storytelling og billedemateriale fra en trendbog der skal skildre hvilke tendenser der vil komme i Spring/Summer 2014, som jeg udarbejdede på mit speciale: Trend og Design strategi. Disse tendenser er nogle som jeg har udvalgt på baggrund af en masse research og søgen i artikler.

Simple Living, handler om at komme tilbage til naturen og nyde de små ting i hverdagen. Naturlige materialer, rene og douce farver. Denne tendens er allerede på markedet, men vil blive der et stykke tid endnu og udvikle sig mere end den ses lige i øjeblikket.

Near the ocean, but still inside the beautiful blooming forest. The trees are all green and with flowers in pale colours, the bottom of the forest is a big contrast to the light and almost transparent flowers hanging so delicate on the twigs and branches. In the middle of a clearing, a little tree cottage is lying all by itself. Smoke is coming out of the chimney and outside the house, lots of stones are making a path all the way up to the door and if you look up over the treetops, you can slightly glimpse the mountains and their snowy tops in the horizon. Small woodpeckers keep tapping their beaks into the fully-grown trees and small chipmunks hide, as soon as they have picked up nuts to keep them surviving the cold winter ahead.
